Please tell us immediately if your policy does not meet your requirements. If you cancel within 14 days of the receipt of your documentation and you have not made a trip or a claim, we will give you a full refund. Following this 14-day period, you continue to have the right to cancel your policy at any time by contacting us.
If the notice of cancellation is received outside the 14-day cooling-off period and you have not made a trip or a claim, then the following terms and condition would apply.
For policies purchased between 10th December 2019 and 29th April 2020, you will be entitled to a 50% refund and 100% of any additional medical premiums paid.
For policies purchased on or after 30th April 2020 you will be entitled to 50% of the total premium.
Annual Multi Trip
For policies purchased between 10th December 2019 and 29th April 2020, you will be entitled to a 5% refund of the total premium, for each month remaining on the policy.
For policies purchased on or after 30th April 2020, you will be entitled to a 1/12th of total premium for each full month remaining.

We may cancel your policy by giving you 14 days’ notice. If this happens, we will refund the premium you have paid for the rest of the insurance period.
Please note once your policy has been cancelled your cover will end and you will not be able to make a claim.
